Review: The Darkest Hour (2011)
The buzz around the darkest hour was non-existent. I thought this was weird because I actually thought that it looked pretty good and interesting in the trailers.
The Darkest Hour started off strong with descent acting and an interesting plot. However the acting doesn’t mean anything if the characters are terrible, and they have an interesting plot but they do nothing with it. As this movie dragged along I found myself bored and just wanting it to end.
This is a prime example of a lot of good ingredients coming together to make something bland and mediocre.
